MP Heading to Ruto’s Event Involved in Road Accident
Buuri Member of Parliament Mugambi Rindikiri has been involved in a road accident at Siraji, Timau, along the Meru–Nanyuki Road.
In a social media update on January 22, Mugambi confirmed he had been involved in an accident but stated he was safe and in good condition. He added that the occupants of the other vehicle, which was carrying Catholic sisters, were also safe and doing well.
“My team and I appreciate the concern shown following a road incident. We are all safe and doing well. Thank you to my constituents and fellow Kenyans for the prayers and goodwill,” he said.
The legislator was on his way to Kinoru Stadium to attend President William Ruto’s NYOTA programme at the time of the incident.
