Oscar Sudi elated as wife graduates with master’s degree

Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has shared his excitement as his wife, Lilian Sudi, successfully completed her Master of Science in Communication Studies at Moi University.

In an X post on Thursday, December 18, 2025, Sudi highlighted that her graduation represents a major milestone in both her academic and professional journey, reflecting years of dedication, hard work, and perseverance.

Congrats to Mrs Lilian Sudi. She just crushed her Master’s of Science in Communication Studies at Moi University. What an achievement. Your graduation isn’t just a personal win, it’s a reflection of hard work, dedication, and perseverance,” he wrote,

Family celebrations

The MP also used the post to celebrate the accomplishments of his niece, Mercy Jepkoech, who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Moi University.

Sudi highlighted the family’s focus on education and growth, noting that the successes of Lilian and Mercy demonstrate how dedication and persistence can open doors to greater opportunities.

“Also, hongera to my niece, Mercy Jepkoech, on her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Moi University. We’re super proud of you,” he said
